HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE'S THE REST OF MY ITEMS?

We ship from a number of warehouses worldwide, so your order might be split up into several shipments. Please rest assured that you will receive all your items.

HOW DO I CONVERT THE PRICE FROM USD TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

Desktop: Navigate to our menu on the top of our page and click on 'USD' to convert the currency to your choice.

Mobile: Click on the menu button and change the currency from 'USD' to your preferred currency.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days and we will refund you.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
