How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by emailing our support team within 24 hours of your purchase. If the 24 hour mark has passed, the order has already been in the process of fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

How do I return something?

We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work on refunding or reshipping you our items.

Our policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
