Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship both to the United States and international with tracking.
What are your shipping times?
It will take 5-15 business days in transit time for your order to arrive. How soon you receive your item depends on your location, and whether or not we ship the item(s) from our US warehouse or international warehouse. The order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
What are your processing times?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
All shipping times exclude clearance/ customs delays.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number and instructions on how you can track your order. Please check your email for updates or contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org

Standard Shipping - $7.95
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Order Cancellation and Change Request
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
